The design process is enhanced with the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and the latest 3D solid modeling software in developing designs by Engineering that is contracted by our customers. Approval drawings may be sent by E-Mail using the Internet, or by disc, to be viewed in detail, which saves time in the preliminary stages.
The Quality System is certified to ISO 9001:2000 and Quality Assurance and Manufacturing participates in the design stage to ensure that the product can be manufactured economically and then be inspected to the specification desired. Engineering is familiar with all the prevalent design codes. Designs are reviewed by a competent third party engineer when required. Design data books are prepared according to the customer's specification and relevant design codes. They are reviewed by the appropriate third party and submitted to the customer.
