Oil States Klaper is a repair and manufacturing base well-known for its creative solutions for repairing, maintaining oilfield equipment and has been serving drilling contractors for more than twenty years, certifying and repairing sub-sea equipment, from an eight acre facility in Bathgate, Scotland. Oil States Klaper provides rental equipment to replace equipment under repair or to facilitate short term changes in wellhead connector requirements which are not covered by a rig's equipment list. Typical rental equipment includes:

All work is carried out to relevant offshore regulations and certified by Det Norske Veritas, Lloyds Register of Shipping, American Bureau of Shipping or customer authority. Oil States welders are qualified to ASME IX for manual, submerged arc, mig and tig procedures in high tensile low alloy, stainless steel and inconel in order to meet the repair requirements for any item of well control equipment.
