Oil States has two Tendon Tension Monitoring Systems (TTMS) available for deep water mooring applications:
• Welded in-line with the tendon.
• Measures tension by detecting changes in the length of
a calibrated section of pipe within the unit.
• Incorporates measurement sensors within the Tendon
Bearing for the Tendon Top Connector.
• Measures tension by detecting variations in the
internal forces of the bearing as tension loads are
applied.
